Mr. Cohan served as Chief Growth Officer and President, International of Nielsen, a global media measurement and data analytics company, from March 2020 through January 2023. In the fourth quarter of 2022, Nielsen finalized a $16 Billion take-private transaction with Evergreen and Brookfield. Previously, Mr. Cohan spent decades of experience in business-to-business and consumer media, including 15 years at A+E Networks where he most recently served as President, International and Digital Media from 2015 to 2018. He has also held positions at Primedia, Morgan Stanley, NBC, and Kearney.
He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Harvard and a master’s from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Mr. Cohan is co-President and Trustee at the Parrish Art Museum, a Board and Audit Committee Member of the Banff World Media Festival, and Treasurer and Board Member of The Opportunity Network. He also sits as a Committee Co-chair at UJA of NY. Mr. Cohan is also a Board Director at AccuWeather.

Mr. Gerard is the General Partner and Investment Manager of GFP, L.P., a private investment partnership. From 2004 to 2011, Mr. Gerard was Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Management Committee of Royal Street Communications, LLC, a licensee, developer and operator of telecommunications networks in Los Angeles and Central Florida. From 1977 until his retirement in 1991, he held senior executive positions with the investment banking firms Morgan Stanley & Co., Dillon Read & Co., and Bear Stearns. From 1974 to 1977, Mr. Gerard served in the United States Department of the Treasury, completing his service as Assistant Secretary for Capital Markets and Debt Management. Mr. Gerard served on the 2021 selection committee for the Agenda Diversity 100, curating a guide of 100 board-ready individuals from historically underrepresented groups. He is a graduate of Harvard College and holds Master of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees from Columbia University.

Ms. Gupta serves as Chief Revenue Officer of Better.com, a digital-first homeownership company. Previously, she served as Executive Vice President, Chief Growth Officer Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. (Nasdaq: BBBY) until January 2023. Prior to joining Bed Bath & Beyond, Ms. Gupta was Chief Operating Officer of Jyve Corporation, a San Francisco-based software company. Prior to that she held senior-level strategic and operational roles at Target (NYSE: TGT), private equity firm Hellman & Friedman LLC, The Michaels Companies, Inc. (Nasdaq: MIK), and Safeway, Inc. Ms. Gupta earned a Bachelor of Science degree with honors and an MBA (Financial Management) from the University of Delhi.

Mr. Johnson is the retired Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chairman of the Board of Foot Locker, Inc., a leading global athletic footwear and apparel retailer. He was Chief Executive Officer and President from 2014 until September 2022 and on the Board of Directors from 2014 through January 2023, serving as Chairman from 2016 through January 2023. Prior to becoming Chief Executive Officer and President, he served in a variety of other executive roles with Foot Locker, Inc., including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President/Group President – Retail Stores, Chief Executive Officer and President of Foot Locker U. S./Lady Foot Locker/Kids Foot Locker/Footaction, and Chief Executive Officer and President at Foot Locker Europe B.V., Foot Locker’s European headquarters in the Netherlands. Prior to that, Mr. Johnson served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Footlocker.com/Eastbay, and prior to that, he held various executive positions at Eastbay, Inc. Mr. Johnson received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Accountancy from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire. Mr. Johnson previously served as a director of Maidenform Brands, Inc., the Retail Industry Leaders Association, and The Footwear Distributors and Retailers of America. He currently serves on the Chancellor’s National Leadership Council at the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire.

Jeff Jones is President and CEO of H&R Block, leading the global business that inspires financial confidence through its small business, financial and tax preparation services. Jones brings more than 30 years of executive management, innovative leadership and operational excellence to the company, having held key roles at top companies in retail, consumer products, agency and technology industries.
Prior to H&R Block, Jones was the first president of the global ride sharing business, Uber. He has also served as executive vice president and chief marketing officer for Target, serving as a senior member of the company’s four primary operating groups: core business, strategy and innovation, talent, and risk and reputation. In addition, he has held executive and leadership roles serving iconic brands such as The Coca-Cola Company, Gap and Leo Burnett.
Jones serves on the board of directors of Advance Auto Parts where he chairs the Compensation Committee and is a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee. He is a member of the Council for Inclusive Capitalism, Fast Company Impact Council, Kansas City Economic Club, and has also advised Brit+Co., The Mayo Clinic and multiple early-stage technology companies, in addition to non-profits including Chicago Children’s Advocacy Center, The Nasher Museum of Art at Duke University and the Coach K Center on Leadership and Ethics at Fuqua Business School.

Mia Mends serves as Chief Executive, C&W Services for Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm. Previously, she served as Global Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer and CEO, Impact Ventures of Sodexo Inc., and before that, she served in many other executive capacities for Sodexo, including Chief Administrative Officer, North America; CEO of Sodexo’s Benefits & Rewards Services; and Vice President, Sales, for the Americas Region in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Before joining Sodexo, she was General Manager of the Prepaid Debit Card Division of Noventis Inc. Ms. Mends holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Wellesley College and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She serves on the boards of Girls Inc. and the EMERGE Fellows program and sits on the Business Leadership Council at Wellesley College and the Alumni Board of Harvard Business School, and is also a Corporate Director of Limeade Inc., an employee engagement software company.

Ms. Piazza serves as Vice President, Financial Services of Google’s Cloud division at Alphabet Inc. since June 2020. Prior to her current position, she was at Citigroup, Inc., serving as Chief Executive Officer of Citi FinTech from March 2017 to June 2020, Chief Operating Officer of Citi FinTech from March 2016 to March 2017, and Chief Administration Officer, Strategy & Planning and Global Shared Functions of Citi Global Operations and Technology from September 2009 to March 2016. She also served in a variety of other executive roles at Citigroup prior to that, including Chief Information Officer of Citi Student Loan Corporation and Senior Vice President – Online Applications and Support for Citigroup – CitiCards Technology. Ms. Piazza is an advisory member of Reputation.com.

Ms. Reich served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of United Stationers Inc. (now known as Essendant, Inc.), a wholesale distributor of business products, from 2007 until 2011. Prior to that, Ms. Reich spent ten years with Brunswick Corporation, where she most recently was President of Brunswick European Group from 2003 until 2006. She served as Brunswick’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2000 to 2003 and as Vice President and Controller from 1996 until 2000. Before joining Brunswick, Ms. Reich spent 17 years at General Electric Company, where she held various financial management positions. Ms. Reich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Brown University. She is also a Director of Ecolab Inc. and Ingredion Incorporated.

Mr. Winter served as President, The Allstate Corporation from January 2015 until his retirement in February 2018. Prior to serving as President of The Allstate Corporation, he was President Allstate Personal Lines of Allstate Insurance Company beginning in December 2013 and, prior thereto, he served The Allstate Corporation and Allstate Insurance Company in various executive capacities beginning in 2009. Before joining Allstate, Mr. Winter held numerous senior executive positions at large financial institutions and insurance providers. In addition, he spent more than 12 years on active duty with the United States Army and also practiced law for several years before joining the insurance industry. Mr. Winter earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan, his Juris Doctor from the Albany Law School of Union University, and a Master of Laws from the University of Virginia School of Law. He is also a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program. Mr. Winter is currently on the board of ADT Inc., The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc., and The Winter-Lehman Family Foundation, and he previously served on the boards of Feeding America, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, the Houston Food Bank, and both the Connecticut and Houston Opera Companies.
