When you prepare your return with H&R Block Online, you’ll need to use an Adobe software to open certain documents saved in PDF format. If Adobe Acrobat is not working, or you don’t have Adobe Acrobat, you can download free Adobe Reader software that will let you view PDF files.

Can’t Open Documents in Adobe Acrobat? Here’s How to Fix It.

Download and install the free version of Adobe Reader from Adobe’s website. Once it’s downloaded, follow the simple instructions to install the software. When it’s installed, you’ll be able to view PDF files.
