KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Aug. 3, 2023) \u2013 <\/strong>H&R Block (NYSE: HRB) today announced that Alice Colarusso has joined the company as Vice President, Growth Marketing and Engagement. Reporting to Jill Cress, Chief Marketing and Experience Officer, she will lead the company\u2019s efforts to acquire, engage and retain clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“As our transformation journey continues, we are taking bold steps to place a greater focus on customer-centricity,\u201d said Cress. \u201cIt\u2019s an exciting time to be at H&R Block and we look forward to the positive impact Alice’s marketing expertise will have on our business and clients.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prior to joining H&R Block, Colarusso served as Senior Director of Digital Wallet Marketing at PayPal where she led a team to design and launch PayPal\u2019s omnichannel, global lifecycle marketing program. She also brings experience in digital marketing, media, customer acquisition and engagement from Amazon and American Express.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
