The IRS sends CP21H to inform you that the IRS made changes to your tax return. These changes resulted in an adjustment to the Shared Responsibility Payment (SRP).<\/h2>\n

Why you received IRS Notice CP21H<\/h3>\n

  2. The IRS made a Shared Responsibility Payment (SRP) adjustment to your return.<\/li>\n
  3. The IRS sent CP21H to notify you that the adjustment and whether the adjustment resulted in a balance due or a refund. If you are due a refund, you should receive it in four to six weeks.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
