How to Ensure That You Receive <\/span>H&R Block <\/span>Emails About Your <\/span>Rejected Return <\/span>or Other Notices<\/span><\/b><\/h2>\n

If you didn\u2019t see the email that was sent about your H&R Block return being rejected, it\u2019s possible that email was delivered into your spam folder. To ensure you receive our emails in the future, add onlinetaxes@hrblock.com<\/a><\/u>\u00a0to your address book.<\/p>\n

Another possibility is that your email address has changed since you set up your account. To check the email address we have on file, log into your account and choose Manage Account\u00a0<\/strong>under the My Account\u00a0<\/strong>header.
